Why organise
Every race starts with someone who wants it to happen.
The crew began with one organiser and a lot of WhatsApp polls. Every race since has been put on by someone who loves karting enough to get it going. We want more of them, all over the island.

You decide what goes on the calendar: the track, the day, the format and the price.

Run a few races and your grids fill with regulars: rivals, mates, and people who turn up because you're running it.
The site does the chasing
You organise. It does the admin.
- Drivers join your grid for free, and the site counts them to your minimum.
- When the minimum is in, you open payments: every driver pays on the site, within 2 days. No chasing money on WhatsApp.
- Once enough drivers have paid, you book the circuit and pay its deposit, with the drivers' money already in.
- If the race falls through, everyone who paid gets a full refund.
- Confirmed drivers get the link to the race's WhatsApp group, and can offer each other lifts.
- After the race you enter the results: points, podiums and best laps go on the leaderboard.
- Race demand shows you where drivers are asking for a race.

Circuit, date, format, price per driver, and the smallest and biggest grid it can run with.

Book it
When the grid reaches its minimum, open payments on the site. Once enough drivers have paid, book it with the circuit and pay its deposit.

Be there
Meet the grid on the day, keep things moving, and be the circuit's contact.

Positions and best laps, so the leaderboard stays honest.

Questions about organising
Do I need experience organising?
No. You need to have raced with the crew and to enjoy getting people together. Your first race is run alongside an experienced organiser.
Does it cost me anything?
No. Your seat at every race you organise is on us, and the site handles the payments.
What if my race doesn't fill?
Then it doesn't run, and nobody pays: payments only open once the grid reaches its minimum, and you book the circuit only once enough drivers have paid. If it falls through after payments open, everyone who paid gets their money back in full.
Which circuits can I use?
Any circuit that takes group bookings. Tell us which ones you have in mind when you apply.
How many races do I have to run?
As many as you like: one a season or one a month, you choose.
